It’s our evidence that we left the work area clean, the access paths clear, and your property in the condition we found it. If we tracked debris through a finished room or left fasteners in a driveway, that photo record shows it, and we return to correct it.
• On-time arrival and communication. Our crews are background-checked and uniformed, and they arrive when scheduled. If weather, permit inspection delays, or a material backorder shifts the timeline, we call before you have to ask. Rowan Construction Group Palo Alto maintains state licensing and full insurance coverage, including general liability and workers’ compensation, because a guarantee without backing is just words. If a crew member is injured on your property, you are not exposed. If a structural element we installed fails and causes damage, our policy responds. We don’t ask you to trust our good intentions. We ask you to verify our credentials, then hold us to them.

Every crew member is background-checked before they arrive at a Palo Alto home. They wear uniforms and carry identification.
